This is a specialized spacer/stopper designed to solve the common issue of plastic gutter guards sagging or shifting over time. It provides a solid support structure that keeps the mesh elevated and properly aligned, ensuring maximum water flow and debris protection for standard 150mm wide gutters. It has conical pins to snap the guard onto (zzz X zzz holes)
Printing:
Ideally print with ASA (ASA275) with no supports.
Perimeters: 8 for better structural integrity.
ASA:
Unlike PLA or PETG, ASA will not degrade under direct sunlight.
It handles extreme temperature fluctuations without becoming brittle.
Provides the necessary tension to hold the guard in place.
