DS Rotary Storage Holder

Hey! This is a small piece meant to fit up to 16 DS and/or 3DS cartridges. The bottom piece has a rising slope that pops up cartidges for seeing the labels, in a satisfying way. The DS Rotary storage is a great way to display your favorite physical games from your collection, with a satisfying twist (literally!), best for a deskspace or a gameroom.

Inspired by Rotating Nintendo Switch Game Holder by Desktop Inventions, this piece doesn't remix their creation. I wanted to create a similar design, but for DS/3DS games, so I made this simple design. It doesn't need supports, and is easy to print.

Printing recommendations
- Any standard filament size is fine, I used 0.4mm (Raw filament is 1.75mm) on my Flashforge AD5M
- You can likely go to <10% infill on your preferred slicer
Top Piece DS Rotary.stl
Print with top side facing down flat on the print bed, removing the need for supports.

Bottom Piece DS Rotary.stl
Print with the bottom side facing down flat on the print bed, removing the need for supports.

Knob Piece DS Rotary.stl
Print with the top side (the star-shaped side, not the circle side) facing down, removing the need for supports.

After Printing
- Glue the Knob piece to the Top Piece, so it operates as a rigid knob.
- If needed, lightly sand the cylinder on the Bottom Piece so the Top Piece can freely rotate when on the Bottom Piece.
