One of my biggest gripes about the Polymaker dry boxes is how standard PTFE and bowden tubes get pulled inside the rubber ports on the box, especially since I use several with my MMU3, and the large tubes they ship with sit in my parts bin. Fits the standard and the XL boxes.
I drew up this quick adapter piece in CAD. Its got just enough friction where the tube goes in, and has a bit of a bulge near the tip to stay in the box when you change filament.
I made mine at 0.18 layer height from PETG. No supports needed. Quick print on the Core One+.
