TLDR;

  • move 17 m17

  • bow diameter 12, angle 170 b12,170

  • move 17 m17

  • tag position t0

  • tray 4 wide k4

  • move 20 m20

  • back to tag position t0

  • tray wide 9 k9

  • move 20 m20

  • back to tag position t0

  • tray wide 14 k14

  • move 20 m20

That's how it looks in the customizer:

m17 b12,170 m17 t0 k4 m20 t0 k9 m20 t0 k14 m20

List of command set

  • M <len> move by len

  • B <diameter, angle> bow to the right by diameter and given angle, 180⁰ if not given

  • K <len> make a right tray with len len

  • T <number> first use tag the actual position, further use jump to that position

With this subset of commands you can already build any shape for any sofa.

How to print

  • 0.2 mm layer height (50% of nozzle wide)

  • 0.6 mm extrusion wide (150% of nozzle wide)

  • 2 or 3 walls (the more the stronger)

  • 10% rectilinear infill
The model can be printed without infill.

  • 5 bottom and top layers

  • filament: PLA / PETG / TPU / anything

I really like this made by layers look

Default value 1cm can be changed in the customizer for bigger or smaller layers. The script can handle float but the customizer accepts only integer, so switch to mm (or grab the source code). You can use mm, cm, in for every value.
