I needed a new travel sized deodorant and found that I couldn't find an off the shelf solution that was aluminum free, reasonable value, and compact in size.  So, I made my own dispenser and filled it by liquifying the gel from a full-sized stick by slowly warming it up.

It took 7 versions to optimize the design, but it works pretty well.  Thin walls on the Cap and Plunger permit a friction fit to the Tube keeping them in place.  It holds 0.8oz (23g) but is a fraction of the size of the typical 0.5oz (14g) travel sized units.

While I found PLA to be insufficient to handle the temperature of the liquid gel, PC Blend for the Tube and PETG for the Cap and Plunger worked well.  Perhaps PETG for the Tube would suffice too.

I found an internal brim on the tube to be necessary and avoiding crossing perimeters minimized stringing.  Other than that, default print parameters work well.

I hope others find this useful too!
