When we renovated our bathroom, the tiler simply tiled right over the roller shutter strap outlet. Of course, there was no replacement part available for something like that.
The hole in the tile measures 30 mm by 30 mm.
It stays in place without screws or glue. If it doesn't hold up for you, I'd recommend using some assembly adhesive or silicone.
