Note 20 Ultra 5G Rugged Phone Case
Phone Case Core PLA.stl/step: this is the core, you could also just print this in TPU and use it as is with out the cover.
Right PC Core PLA.stl, Left PC Core PLA.stl: these are the Core just split in two, the wall thickness was not flexible enough to allow the phone to be inserted.
Phone Case Cover TPU.stl/step: the outer cover printed in 95A TPU.
There are a few phone cases out there but none of them offered enough protection, so I designed this one. used 95A TPU for the outer cover.
2mm wall thickness on all walls. the tolerances are really tight one the Core make sure the corners are clean and you have removed all the support material, you may need to sand or scrape a little bit.
