This is a case for a cheap, thin 433Mhz remote control duplicator that can be found in pages like AliExpress (see the attached picture if the link doesn't work).
To install, follow these instructions:
Insert the button from the inside of the case.
Open the original remote, take the board and the battery and push them carefully inside the case.
Apply some glue around the cap and install it in the case.
Use two 2 cm M3 screws and two nuts to attach it to your handlebar (see pictures).
