This model is a variation of the Clothes Peg by Slade1972. The goal was to optimize the clipping options, providing an extra option.
PETG is good for indoor, but ASA would be even better for outdoor use - I think PLA would work for some applications
I did 3 walls, alternating an extra. If you want the spring action stronger you can go 5+ top and bottom shells
