GR-Wall: Modular Garage Wall Track System

Stop drilling a new hole in the wall for every single tool! GR-Wall is a complete modular ecosystem designed for maximum strength, flexibility, and a clean garage organization. The entire system is engineered for the accessories to rest on massive M4 hardware, not on flexible plastic.

The GR-Wall System features:

  • Modular Tracks: Print any length you need (150mm version included). Tracks align perfectly using integrated D-Pins (included in files) to keep the channel smooth.

  • M4 Hardware Security: All modules (hooks and bins) secure to the slider via standard M4 screws. The hex nut is embedded in the slider, providing extreme strength and a professional look.

  • GR-Legacy Hook v2.0: Included in the files is the optimized successor to my popular v1 hook, adapted for this modular track system.

  • Infinite Track System: This system is literally endless! You can keep snapping more and more rails together until you run out of wall space in your garage (or run out of filament 😁). Print the 150mm versions, which align perfectly and maintain a smooth channel thanks to the integrated D-Pins.

📦 What is included in this release? (V1.0)

  • Track: 150mm version with countersunk holes for wall screws (4mm shank).

  • Slider: The standard part that slides inside the track and everything screws into.

  • Strong Hook + Slider: Massive, wide hook for heavy items (like hammers, coiled cables).

  • Medium Hook (NEW!): A narrower, cleaner-looking hook (v2.0). It matches the width of the slider and channel, yet remains extremely strong.

  • Storage Bin: A modular box for hardware and small items (as seen in photos).

🛠 Required Hardware

To assemble one module, you will need:

  • For Hook mounting (Strong/Medium): 2x M4x16 Socket Head Cap Screws (DIN 912) and 2x M4 Nuts (embed in the slider).

  • For Storage Bin mounting: 2x M4x10 Countersunk (DIN 7991) or Button Head (ISO 7380) screws and 2x M4 Nuts.

  • For Track wall mounting: I recommend standard 4mm wood screws with countersunk heads.
