I wanted a better & cleaner way to mount my CPAP hose and the toolhead wiring, and this is what I came up with. Uses a single 8" zip tie to hold everything in place once you screw it into the aluminum brace.
You'll need:
ABS or ASA filament (PETG will barely work if your chamber doesn't get too warm)
Long zip tie
2x - M3x6 Countersunk screws
Print settings:
0.2 (or less) layer height
3 walls, 20% Gyroid Infill, No Supports
Outer Brim recommended
Recommend slowing down your acceleration for this print, since it is small and has very
thin sections on the sides. Lowering your print temp by 5° may also help improve quality.
