The Logitech PTZ Pro 2 (USB-V/P: 046D:086E) (ConferenceCam CC3000e 046D:0848) has a 6 pin Mini-DIN connector (like the old PS/2) that delivers USB with 12 V. Either using Logitech's special cable for stand-alone camera. Or their special two port USB hub (046D:0847) with 4mm DC and mini-USB inputs and two mini-DIN outputs for camera/conference systems.
I made small box to house a 5.5 mm DC and USB C (and/or micro) input, plus a small rocker switch. To be able to connect the camera using more accessible 12V and USB cables.
The original cable uses standard USB colours (but with 12 instead of 5 volts) with pinout as follows (the pictures are as if looking into the female and male connectors, respectively):

USB Data - (white)
-
Ground (black)
12V (red)
USB Data + (green)
- (yellow)
