For this print use something flexible like PETG or ABS, and use supports for the overhang. You might have to adjust the dimensions in the SCAD file if it doesn't fit in easily.
To make this case you need a universal 6 inch E-reader case from AE:
Cut of the rubber part and glue the printed part in place. I used Super glue & shoe repair glue for this purpose.
