Remix of WhatsUp3d / @jpp123's original CamelBak Hydration Bladder Drying Rack.
This is a refined remix created in Tinkercad. I narrowed the main structure to perfectly fit my Lunchbox Hydration Pack (Cloud Mesh) with a 2.0 L bladder that has a smaller 52 mm diameter fill opening.
Key Modifications:
Narrowed body for a tighter, more secure fit with compact hydration packs.
Added dedicated 120 mm blower fan mount (specifically designed for the Wathai 120×32 mm Centrifugal Blower Fan — 110/220V AC with speed controller, 4–12V DC version).
The blower fan is mounted on the side so airflow is directed upward into the bladder while keeping electronics protected from direct water drips — much better than mounting a standard axial fan underneath.
Why the Blower Fan?
A centrifugal blower provides strong directed airflow and keeps the motor and electronics safely offset from falling water, extending fan life and reducing risk of shorts or corrosion.
Recommended Print Settings:
Layer Height: 0.20 mm (Structural)
Infill: 15%
Supports: Build plate only
Support Style: Organic
Top Contact Z Distance: 0.2 mm
Print Tips: Use a sturdy filament (PETG or ABS recommended for durability and moisture resistance). The model prints reliably with the settings above.
