QIDI Box PTFE Bracket

This bracket helps with feeding filament into the box drive motors.  It seems as there is significant drag on the filament as it passes through the bushings and into the drive motors.  I looked at several designs and decided to try my own.  You will need to remove the (4) trim washers and bushings from the printer (pictured).  I printed these in ASA in the installed orientation using standard supports.  The bracket takes the place of the bushing.  Gently insert each into the hole where the bushing was removed and clip the latch over the rear of the box.  Insert PTFE as far as possible into the bracket. Install the clip into the bracket.  I gently squeezed each clip with pliers to help set the PTFE in place.  After this and several other mods I got from this site my filament feed from the QIDI box has significantly improved with stiff filaments.  Hope this helps!
