How to make
You need
- micro:bit
- F-mount lens with aperture ring (G- and E- type lenses are not compatible because the aperture blades are closed without camera body)
- 3 x 15mm tapping screw
- All parts can be printed out without support.
- Main body : lens mount side facing down
- cover : rear side facing down
Assemble
- Please take a look at the video.
- The lens are not locked to the projector body. Please be careful not to drop the lens.
Operation
- A button to select hour / minute
- B button to increase the number
Misc.
- You can use zoom lens as well if it has aperture setting ring. The size of projected image is variable in this case.
Coding
- The clock program is just a example. If you implement other function with this projector body, please post the code as a remix.
- The image shown on the wall is flipped (upside down), so you can not use the stock character generator of micro:bit. I included digit character generator with proportional font in the clock code.
