This is a wheel for the Rowenta X-clean vacuum/cleaner.
Our device came back from repair (broken handle) without the wheels. I designed this so that we can use the vacuum until we receive new wheels.
There are 4 parts, all in the STEP file. The axle and the tyre are meant to be printed separately from the rim and bearing, which must be printed together.
Tyre: printed in TPU (hopefully you get a better result than I have).
Rim+Bearing: printed in PETG
Axle: printed in PC-CF
I printed 4 axles for 2 wheels to have spares in case one breaks, although it is quite unlikely. I printed them with a brim, but that's a bad idea: the rim didn't go away completely and I had to hammer the axle into the bearing. PC-CF is definitely strong.
Clearance should be enough for the rim to rotate around the bearing.
The FreeCAD file is attached in case you need to edit.
