I really liked vllmu55s Pushup Parallettes and wanted a higher version of them. So I used his model as a rough guideline. Made it barely fit my CoreOne Bed.
The Top of the dowel is at ~20cm height.
I printed them with the 0.2mm Structural Preset from PETG,make sure supports are enabled for the dowel hole.
Holds me ~80kg perfectly fine.
If you feel unsure i would recommend increasing the perimeters but it really shouldn't be necessary.
I made each dowel 50cm long for mine and joined them with some drywall screws .
The dowels were oiled with Balistol, food safe all around oil.
After predrilling the holes, i joined the ends with 3,9x30 screws (because i had them and they were black).
I will include a file for the TPU skid pad but i haven't tried it.
I used a piece of truck bed lining rubber i still had.
