This impeller fits many variants of the Flymo Lawnmover.

This is updated version 1.1. The first version would slice with layers missing in the top model and the full model. The bottom model is unchanged.

Before printing the larger parts, print the test-1 and test-2 models first to see if it fits the axle of  your variant of the Flymo lawnmower. If it doesn't fit, no need to print the larger parts, but drop me a message here and maybe I can upload a model matching your requirements.

Original Flymo Impeller for comparison. With 17 blades. This model has 18.

For printing top and bottom model, use at least 3 walls or better 5 walls. For walls using Orca Slicer "Apply Gap Fill" is recommended. For Cura Slicer set "Fill Gaps Between Walls" = "Everywhere".

When  print the top and bottom model, use at least 2 bottom and 4 to 5 top layers. The bottom layer of the bottom and ttop model are supposed to be glued together.

For infill use at least 30-35 % cubic. It is recommended that top model and bottom model are printed without support.

ABS or ASA is a suitable material to  use. You can also use  Nylon PA6 or PA12, but that is more expensive. PLA will splinter and break especially in cold weather. PETG is unknown and hard to glue for this task. More exotic materials can also be used, but then buying a new injection molded impeller is probably cheaper and better.

The model "Flymo Impeller-Full" is the full impeller with top and bottom in one piece. This full model will have to be printed with support and even with support, the result will often be below par or below what is desired. Therefor it is recommended to print the bottom and top model and then glue these two parts together.
