Assembly and Print Notes
This enclosure was designed as a clean, modular case with a removable rear section and sliding internal mounts for the PCB.
Assembly Instructions
The front panel is designed to be permanently attached using super glue (CA glue).
The power button should be installed using hot glue so it can be removed later if servicing or replacement is needed.
The PCB mounts to the sliding rails using M3x10 screws.
The rear section uses:
M3 heat-set inserts (4.2 mm outer diameter)
M3x15 screws to secure the back piece to the enclosure.
Button Printing Notes
Two different button variants are included so you can test which one provides the best clearance and feel.
For best results:
Print the buttons slowly (~30–50 mm/s)
Use high cooling
Avoid excessive layer times or heat buildup, as the buttons can deform easily
Recommended Print Settings
0.2 mm layer height
3–4 walls recommended for durability
Supports are generally not required
PLA HT, PETG, ASA or ABS should all work depending on your application
Enjoy, and feel free to remix or improve the design.
