IMPORTANT: For best results, print one brush as a mirror of the other. This helps the teeth slide better.
I needed a tool to help remove mats from polyester stuffing, but I didn't want to spend $30 on a nice carding brush for my first (and maybe only) fiber project. You probably won't get yarn-spinning quality from this, but it works great for brute force untangling.
Material: PETG (PLA would be too brittle)
Supports: Yes, but only for the handle. Supports should not touch the hooks. Designed for 30 degree threshold angle.
Walls: 2-3
Infill: 15%
Make sure you have good bed adhesion, brim recommended.
Again, print one brush as a mirror.
