Bearing orientation is marked on the prints themselves and it's not what you expect.
Long collet needs 43 mm of barrel to attach to and is recommended for a tight concentric fit.
Shorter collet needs 25 mm of barrel.
Hardware is either 9 or 15 F683ZZ bearings and either m3x14 (or longer) pins, or m3x10 (or longer) screws.

This was created from smashing my zinc PCAR into Chance's BCAR that I've assembled backwards and leaning the bearings in to engage with the darts across the whole bearing surface.
The cutting files are there for designing your own or using the geometry to integrate it with another blaster altogether.
