These are a clean, modern, two-piece flush drawer pull designed for a sleek, recessed look on shop furniture, cabinets, or storage bins.
The threaded design allows the inner cup and outer pull to screw directly into each other from both sides of the drawer face, clamping tightly to the material. No glue, no exposed screws, and no hardware required!
Material Thickness Options: Separate files are provided to accommodate both 0.5" (12.7mm) and 0.75" (19mm) material thicknesses.

Because these pulls feature functional, large-diameter 3D printed threads, standard print optimization is recommended for smooth assembly and long-term durability.
Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS
Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.20mm (lower layer heights help the vertical threads fit together smoothly)
Wall Perimeters: 3 or 4 (ensures the threaded column is solid and sturdy)
Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid or Grid)
Supports: None required
Assembly Instructions
Drill the Hole: Cleanly drill the required hole straight through your drawer front (2.125" for Flush Type, or 1.875" for Thru Type).
Prep the Wood: Lightly sand away any loose wood fibers, burrs, or splinters around the edges of the hole.
Insert Front: Push the Outer Section into the hole from the front of the drawer.
Insert Rear: Thread the Inner Cup into the hole from the back of the drawer.
Tighten: Hand-tighten the two pieces together until the flanges clamp firmly against both sides of the wood face.
Tip: If the threads feel tight on the first try, run them back and forth a few times to clear out any minor printing artifacts and smooth out the travel.
