My Quickchef mixer broke so I've managed to design replacement partof my own.
This is the ending part of the motor shaft that connects with accesories.
Printed material: PETG
Can't remember exact printing setting but you can download final gcode file, it worked for me.
At first try it's quite stiff but it fits.
