Holds an M16 threaded rod vertically centered inside a ⌀125mm pipe form during concrete casting. Cast in, stays in — the spoke geometry locks into the concrete.
05-06-2026 update: Added a top and/or bottom cap with a 125 mm internal diameter for the tube. Because the original moulds had to be cut open for demoulding, these caps provide a practical way to position the threaded rod more accurately and allow the 125 mm tube to be reused as a mould.
Specs:
OD: 124mm (fits ⌀125mm inner pipe)
Rod hole: ⌀16.8mm (M16 + 0.8mm tolerance)
Parametric Fusion 360 file included — adjust OD, rod diameter, and tolerance
Adaptable to M18 or ¾" threaded rod
Printed in ABS — recommended for alkaline/moisture environment
~24.5g / ~32 min per piece
