A simple cap for a 7AH LifePO4 battery that protectes the terminals and includes a switch, voltage display, fuse mount and mount for a pair of Anderson Powerpole connectors.  The cap has provisions for securing it to the battery using a length of 20mm wide velcro tape and/or double sided servo tape.

The fuse mount uses crimp-on  1/4"  female  spade connectors.   The switch opening is sized for switches like this one:  https://www.amazon.com/dp/B087PYW9BS with an opening that is 13mm x 19mm.   The voltage display opening is sized for a display similar to this one: https://www.amazon.com/SHMZK-Mini-Digital-Voltage-Meter/dp/B0DWFQXWQF  with the opening measuring  11mm x 23mm.

The opening for the Anderson Powerpole pair is tight & has a rib at the front that engages recesses on the powerpole shell. Installation is best accomplished with the pair partially engaged so you are inserting the black shell slightly ahead of the red shell.  Continue insertion untill the black shell is fully seated then continue inserting the red shell until in the fully seated position. Use of a tool to help with insertion is suggested.  I used a flat blade screwdriver & small hammer to tap the pair into final position.

See the pictures for wiring.  I used a dab of hot glue to anchor the voltage display wires to the display board to help prevent damage while installing.   I used a small amount of thick CA glue (plus activator) to anchor the rear of the fuse mount terminals where they protrude.   I also used a dab of CA glue  (plus activator) to anchor excess voltage display wires to the cap.

Fusion 360 source and .STEP files are included in addition to the .STL file.
