A friction-fit lens cap for the Konica Pop 35mm point-and-shoot camera. The original cap is easily lost, leaving the lens unprotected, this replacement snaps on and off cleanly while staying put in a bag or pocket.
Modeled at 45mm inner diameter to account for PETG shrinkage, resulting in a snug friction fit on the Konica Pop lens bezel.
Print settings:
Material: PETG recommended, handles the repeated on/off use better than PLA
Layer height: 0.2mm
Walls: 3–4
Infill: 15–20%
Supports: None
Notes: The 45mm diameter is tuned for PETG shrinkage. If printing in PLA or another material, you may need to scale down slightly in X/Y to achieve the same fit.
