This is a modified version of the Capybara SB mount from the Creality Ender 5 Plus – CoreXY Capybara Conversion by Karol.

The modification allows a PCB Klicky probe to be mounted on the rear side of the toolhead using a standard Voron AB-style mount layout. This was made for a Capybara-converted Ender 5 Plus using a Stealthburner-style toolhead setup.

Important: The lower front mounting screws were also changed from M3 to M4 heat-set inserts.

Measured CAD position in my assembly for klipper setup:

  • Klicky PCB probe sits 6.42 mm below the nozzle

  • Nozzle center to Klicky PCB probe center distance: 54.87 mm

PCB Klicky is a PCB-based version of the Klicky probe concept. The original project uses a hybrid printed-part/PCB design where the printed part supports the PCB and the PCB helps align the magnets. The PCB Klicky repo also notes that wiring, magnet polarity, probe voltage/jumper setting, dock position, and Klipper macro values should be checked during setup.

Important setup notes:

  • Verify the probe offset on your own printer before use.

  • Check that the rear-mounted PCB does not interfere with the carriage, belts, dock, or toolhead wiring.

  • Confirm magnet polarity and docking alignment before running QGL, bed mesh, or auto-Z.

  • PCB Klicky may require dock position and Klipper macro adjustments.

This remix is intended specifically for the Ender 5 Plus CoreXY Capybara conversion and the mount geometry used in that conversion.
