Enclosure for an in-line application of a full-size Shelly device, such as the 1PM as seen in this example, or the Shelly 1 with 37 x 42 x 16mm HWD dimensions. There are also spaces to fit 2 Wago 221 units inside. For the 1PM, you ordinarily only need 1 to bond the ground wires as seen in this example.
The extension cable I used is 8mm diameter and is a tight fit into the enclosure. The lid has clamping features to serve a strain relief function once the lid screws are tightened. The screws I use are 3x16 Spax flush-head wood screws, but M3x16 machine screws should also work well if you run a tap into the hexagonal holes. 3x20 screws can also be used. I printed this in PLA on a Prusa Core One using the generica PLA profile, set to 0.10 fast detail, HF0.4mm nozzle.
