A variety of my earlier mangle design.
This one has geared or corrugated rollers, instead of using a fuzzy skin slicer modifier. The frame and handle parts are unchanged.
I've tried various toothpaste squeezers, but all were too weak to deal with putty tubes. This mangle is easily capable of getting the last lumps out of the putty tube. It can also deal with epoxy, hardener and oil paint tubes. You could use it for toothpaste as well.
Assembly should be obvious from the photos, its very easy.
I used five 20 x 2mm wood screws to hold it together, it has holes for countersunk heads. Anything similar should work OK.
Printed this in PLA, with five walls, five top and bottom surfaces and 30% infill. Just about any rigid filament should be OK. Depending on your printer you may need some XY hole compensation to ensure the rollers turn freely in the frame. The roller parts will benefit from support, normal snug worked for me.
