This is a planetary gearbox top spinner for your custom top. It is fully 3d printed and will fit on a Prusa mini sized printer.
Printing
every thing was printed out of PLA on a Prusa mini. PETG would be preferable for the ripcord though.
The blade and the top base should be printed with 100% everything else can be 15%
Assembly
Assembly is simple but if you are having trouble hear are some steps.
Spinner
place the sun gear into the spinner bottom.
place the two planet gears directly across from each other on each side of the sun gear.
place the bar into the two planet gears.
place the top gear onto the bar
For best results put some oil in the gearbox now.
screw the top onto the bottom to lock everything together.
Run the pull cord in and out several times to loosen the gearbox up.
If it still has a lot of resistance check that the planet gears are directly opposite each other even one tooth off can create a lot of resistance.
Top
attach the blade to the top using the nut this should be self explanatory.
If the threads are tight you can clean them up with a heat gun.
