Born from the necessities of a multi-shift family and never being sure if the earlier person out fed the dog, this little magnet allows the message to be passed with a quick slide of one word! If the slide is to the left, the sign reads “The Doggo has not been fed”; if the slide is to the right, the sign reads “The Doggo has been fed”. It mounts easily on a magnetic white board or refrigerator.
(p.s: I’ve also included the files for cat owners, and owners of multiples of either….)
The cavities in the back are designed for 12mm x 3mm round, neodymium magnets (available for less than $1 each at Amazon). I recommend pre-tapping the center hole for a flathead M3 x 6mm screw.
To get the colour effect for the lettering requires two filament changes. (assuming .2mm layers):
1) Start with black.
2) Change to [colour (I used gold)] starting with layer 3.
3) Change back to black at the start of layer 6 to finish the print.
4) Gently tap M3 holes, add magnets.
