This is a reverse engineered model of the AA battery holder in a Logitech G604 mouse. This model is a best effort attempt using a pair of digital calipers, so there will be a bit mileage may vary.
Something to note: The OEM part has a lot of draft angles in it that are commonplace for injection molded parts. I was able to measure many of these variances, and I chose to not model them into the part as I have limited experience and insight into how a draft angle might be modeled. As a result, the model is boxier than the true to life one.
At this time, it has not been printed from a 3d printer, although I can see that some geometry will be difficult to replicate by most 3D Printers given the dimensions of some of the features. (.5mm is common for instance) If you do happen to print it, please comment on how it went! - 6/24/26
My intention with this is to use it to create a native AAA battery holder as a printable mod that lightens the mouse.
When importing, please make sure you are importing with metric settings to preserve dimensions.
