Temp towers are incredibly useful, but they don't need to take 2+ hours to print. Enter the rapid tower.

I made this to solve a very specific problem: learning exactly what I need to know to make beautiful prints while using as little material as possible.

As a print farmer it's crucial to get perfect prints every time. Understanding how your printer/filament prints best is a critical step in this process. However even with that being the case, I didn't actually calibrate my temps very often because of how time intensive it was.

But what if you could learn how to get perfect prints in 25 minutes instead of 2 or 3 hours? What if you could print with barely any material usage?

Yes, it's tall and narrow which means it needs to adhere well. That's part of the test.

Yes, you don't have text labels in the tower, that would be slower and locks you in to a certain temperature range. Just count up from the bottom and use whatever temp ranges you happen to be testing that day.

The only thing this doesn't have is overhang ledges, which I left out because I don't tend to need them. I may add these later

Finally, I have a fully parametric Fusion 360 model of this... let me know if you're interested!
