3D Printing Parameters
Technology: FDM
Recommended Filament: PETG or ABS (for high impact resistance and UV durability)
Layer Height: 0.16 mm - 0.20 mm (for clean logo details)
Supports: at your discretion
Brim/Raft: No (unless you experience bed adhesion issues with ABS)
Diameters : Inner = 15 mm outer (which is adjacent to the grips) = 35 mm
Assembly & Post-Processing
For the best visual results, use a multi-color print setup (like MMU/AMS) or plan a filament change at the specific layer where the logo starts to make the RockShox branding pop. If the fit is too tight for your specific inner handlebar diameter, scale the model down by 1% or 2% in your slicer before printing.
