I wanted to make a slim custom sleeve and wristband for my new Google Fitbit Air using the drawing files provided by Google. It took a while to figure out their pdfs and the tolerance so I figured these might be useful to others, too.

I've modelled the pebble separately so you can subtract the mass from whatever sleeve design of your own that you wish to make. For my fellow skinny wristed humans, there's also a file for the 10mm pillow style prototype sleeve that I made for myself. I'll probably come back later and refine the design a bit, adding features like a hole for the led-light.

The band itself is just regular stretchy elastic band sewn into a loop that is pulled over the wrist like a hairband. I find it's more comfortable to slip the pebble into the sleeve only after putting it on, but you do you.

The prototype was printed in matt black PLA with a 3mm brim.
