Finer the layers the higher the pitch of the wizzzzzz. .16mm with a .4mm nozzles sounds great to me. Bearings will spin faster if you remove some of the grease. A little bit of WD-40 and some heat will cook off most of the grease.

8x 688-2RS 8x16x5 bearings
2x M3x20mm button head screws (shorter works but longer provides more support)
6x M3x10mm button head screws
