This is a monolithic/one piece version of my previous WE Apache nozzle design. This uses a standard replacement VFC NPASs, so if you want to print one, my Parametric VFC NPAS. Or, for purchasable ones, either the Waldo Crimson NPAS or CL Project Designs VFC NPAS should work (but have not been tested).

So far, I have only put a couple of mags through it, and there doesn't seem to be any issues. I'm going to take it to the next few games and see how it holds up, if it breaks I'll add an update to this page.

Hardware

It doesn't use the standard pins, so you'll need 2x M1.5x18mm pins. Should be able to reuse the Apache rocket valve spring, or use the one from your VFC NPAS (I don't think they are different enough to matter). Reuse the nozzle return spring and the rear larger o-ring (19x15x2mm) too.

Printing

Apparently hard TPUs can work for nozzles, but ideally you'd want to have it MJF printed in PA12 Nylon.

Post-Processing

This step does depend on how you had yours printed, I had mine MJF printed in PA12 Nylon, this left a lot of un-sintered powder in the inner bore and between the little ports at the back. To fix this I ordered a cheap 8mm reamer from AliExpress and used that for the inner bore, then cleaned up the little ports at the back with a 1mm drill bit.
