I modified the original spool column base to include a slot for a 6900RS bearing. I modeled a footpiece that slides in and keeps the tower stable.
I recommend printing the footpiece in PETG. PLA will probably be fine for the centre column.
This model is currently made for a spool with a 220mm OD, a 54mm ID (the hole in the middle of the spool) and 55mm Height. I've added step files that can be modified.
Do NOT try to scale this in the slicer, the threads and bearing hole will scale too and screw up the measurements.
