When using a Skiguard 830T roofbox together with Thule Wingbar Edge roof rack, the roofbox rests on the Thule Plastic parts, making it difficult/not possible to disassemble the roof rack without loosening the inner fixings. For ease of use when you have already adjusted the roofrack and roofbox to the car, it is preferable to just keep the roofrack attached and lift to the ceiling and thus a spacer is needed internally.

This is a spacer made to fit this combination, with a "mounting tool" added for ease of use since you need to slide the spacer inside the tunnel. It gives 0.5-1mm clerarance to the Thule roof rack, making it very easy to dissassemble without loosening the internal fixings in the roof box.

Since the plastic has very little friction, I added one round of duct tape just to increase the friction when mounted so that the roofbox does not move under use.

Printing notes

Recommend to use a strong filament and add extra wall loops to increase the strength. PETG is preferred, as it is used outdoor. No supports needed.
