The case was designed in Fusion 360 for my Moondrop Pudding, I modelled it after the official clear case sold by Moondrop
I printed this out of TPU 95A and the fit is good. The wall thickness is 1.2mm so I would suggest a linewidth of 0.6 to do it in 2 lines with good strength.
The hole for the carabiner is 5mm, which fits most keychain type carabiner.
