I made two models, one with protrusions and one without. The one with protrusions is better fixed on the tube and comes of more difficult.
If you print this and use it outside it's better to use a sturdy filament like PETG. I printed these with default settings but enabled "Slow down for culed perimeters".
Here's a small summary:
Layer height: 0.2mm
Wall loops: I used 2
sparse infill density: 15%
Slow down for curled perimeters: ON
