There is either the faceplates as STEP files to download, or if you want, there is an Onshape public document you can create your own files from.
You simply copy the workspace and change the variables.
Here is what they do:
unitsheight: put in the number of units the faceplate should be high. You can go as little as 0,5 and as high as you want. (I tested 0,5, 1, 2 and 10. Anything in between SHOULD work, but please let me know if there is an issue)
widthinch: put in the width of your server in inches. This is usually either 10 or 19, but if you need something custom feel free to change it to whatever you want.
thickness: this is the thickness of the faceplate.
widthfaceplate & heightfaceplate: these are just to convert the height and width from inches and units to mm. No need to change anything here.
toleranceheight: this will be deducted in height. You can change this if you feel like you need a bit more space in between two faceplates next to each other.

You can either use the template to create faceplates for mini PCs or LAN switches (see my other models) or just use it as a cover.
I printed them out in PETG and this works great. However I also had them manufactured from sheetmetal (I personally used JLCCNC, however there is many others like PCBWAY for example) and this worked great for me as well.
