This is the nubbin we made for the EMF 2026 "Spaceagon" badge.
We were working within a few design restrictions:
Mustn't fall off - should be mechanically held behind the front board
Must be printable on any fairly well tuned modern FDM 3d printer - Our tested "minimum spec" printers are Prusa MK4, Bambu A1 Mini, Voron V0.1
Must have enough slop that slight irregularities in printing (elephant foot, stringing etc) won't matter.
