Box Organizer, Stackable (Parametric) - Storage for Small Component Boxes

Need to make better use of shelf space? This organizer allows stacking multiple part boxes securely on top of each other while still keeping them easy to remove.

This organizer is a simple and highly customizable way to store them neatly on a shelf, inside a drawer, or on your workbench. Unlike organizers designed for a single box size, this model is fully parametric. Change the box dimensions, wall thickness, number of slots, or spacing in Fusion 360, and the entire organizer updates automatically.

For those who just want to print, I've also included ready-made STL and STEP files for several common box sizes and number of slots between 1 and 15. Feel free to message me if you want to have other box sizes included.

This is a concave design for stacking boxes. I also have other models available if you want to either store them book-style or in a drawer.

Included preset sizes

• AliExpress small 10 component box: 130 × 70 × 23 mm

• AliExpress medium 15 component box: 175 × 100 × 25 mm

• AliExpress large 24 component box: 195 × 135 × 23 mm

• Lidl / generic thin organizer: 213 × 120 × 31 mm

• Lidl / generic thick organizer: 213 × 120 × 36 mm

• SMD electronics sample book: 195 × 135 × 33 mm

Each preset is available with 1–15 slots.

Wall mounting (optional)

The back plate includes 3 mm holes for countersunk screws if you prefer to mount the organizer to a wall or the side of a cabinet.

File naming

The included files follow a simple naming convention BoxOrgConcave_195x135x23_8.stl which means:

• Concave organizer

• Box size: 195 × 135 × 23 mm

• 8 storage slots

This makes it easy to find the version you need without opening every file.

Printing

No supports required. Print flat on the build plate. PLA, PETG or ABS all work well.
