If you set the top and bottom layers in your slicer to 0, you can print grids and meshes. I've used these to stick enamel pins to in the past, but the larger they get, the more they start to sag. This model uses a support beam in the middle to keep it rigid, but it's still thin enough to comfortably fit a pin through.
The 3mf file has the correct settings already, but you can also load both .STLs at the same time to make them both bodies of the same object. Then set the number of top and bottom layers on the Panel part to 0, but keep the top and bottom layers on the Frame part. I recommend gyroid infill at 15% or 20%, but others might work.
