An extremely simple shift knob, 100mm tall and 40mm diameter. I used painted on fuzzy skin on the main cylinder and left the tapered areas smooth.
Might require a little downward force when screwing on to get it started
I printed mine in Polymaker PA6-CF20 and put it in my 8th gen honda accord coupe.
