I needed this plug to redo pool countercurrent pipes but could be used as preparation for winter - you don't need drain too much watter.

I tried to print the plug waterproof, but not succeeded (but still it is just a few drops) so I will not tell you any tips. If someone of you will succeed, tell us.

I tried to print it from pc/ABS because it is strong material and should survive salted watter (you can see how I fought with it🙂) and tpu 93.

I tried this printer settings for TPU (with 0,6mm nozzle):

Layer height: 0,30 mm

Perimeters: 3-4

Full layers top/bottom: 5/5

Top and bottom pattern: concentric

Infill: 20% giroid

Extrusion multiplier: 1,04

The water leakage un TPU part is probably there where the plate connects with "body"

Edit: uploaded pictures are from version 1, second version (and uploaded stl) has the TPU plug shorter, so it could fit the hole better.

Edit2: use stainless steel in salted water
