I recommend using transparent PETG to see the LED. I personally used a 0.25mm nozzle with a 0.17mm structural profile, but I think it could be easily printed with a classic 0.4 mm. Some of my prototypes were printed using 0.6 mm and even so kind of fit.
The print should hold fine without any glue, but you can glue it anyway.

Added pins for board stability inside the case on the top part;
Increased the height of the button.
