This is my BEST EFFORT at recreating the gorgeous Neo Geo AES original controller. It includes the joystick parts, the buttons, and is as close as I can get by measuring. I have some 3d scans that I'll use to make an improved version that's even closer, but for now, this is as good as I've seen, and as good as I can do.
Printing this is going to be a challenge - I haven't printed the shell, only the joystick parts - that works perfectly. The only things in my joystick that aren't printed are the switches and the spring - I have an alternate switch mount that works with Sanwa-compatible pre-made PCBs, but I'll add that later. Use the assembled example and play around with it to get a sense of how it's assembled.
The lettering is too large. I'm sure there are other problems, but I'll be updating them; in short, sorry, I'll fix it later. In the meanwhile, enjoy!
